We're adding in a new format for my podcasts where my producer Jerry from Films4Change (www.films4changeinc.org.au ) asks me questions around my podcast topics. Today we revisit episode 5 and enjoy a more in-depth discussion around the meaning of core values and how they play out in our lives. We look at how learned core values in childhood are stored unknowingly and stay with us in the later stages of our lives, becoming ingrained in our way of being, especially with regard to relationships. A core values exercise I use in my counselling practice with clients is talked through. It is used to unpack and understand more fully how core values and beliefs are working for an individual and the impact they may have on relationships. I hope you enjoy and as ever, if you have any questions or feedback please do not hesitate to get in touch.
